Let's be truthful here. Service is the hardest part of the business to manage. It is a part of the business which changes minute to minute with customers who are already unhappy (BECAUSE THEY'RE COLD!). When was the last time you planned ahead to be with no heat (winter), or no cooling (summer) in your restaurant? Well don't feel bad, only one out of about one hundred thousand ever plan for it (My survey, 1994, the numbers are probably worse today). Suffice it to say, we have the largest HVAC service department operating in the Skagit Valley, that means not only do we service the equipment we've installed over the years but also a good part of the equipment installed by everyone else. We really do try to solve your problems.
